Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@dewaynashop.site with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will guide you through the steps and provide you with the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back without authorization.

Return Shipping

Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing and shipping your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
