Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the USA. Any applicable taxes or additional shipping charges for remote areas will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories outside the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Delivery Delays

Failed Deliveries

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, contact us at support@dewaynashop.site. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.
